Meetings
The ACC meets as needed to review submissions and work with homeowners.

Improvement Submissions/Status
• No new submissions since last HOA meeting.

Violation Submissions/Status
o No new submissions logged since last HOA meeting
o Multiple violations remain in non-compliance status
o Will continue to support/advise HOA in situations of non-compliance

Mailbox Status
- Several mailboxes are still in need of replacement.
- John Thedieck is no longer the contact for mailboxes. A new source will be determined and
provided to the HOA officers for distribution. (*Important note*: The original design is now
the only accepted design for any replacement)

- ACC recommends another reminder be communicated to homeowners.

Other Business

• ACC Members - Terry Ultis left the ACC for personal reasons. Terry’s family has
since moved out of the neighborhood. Mark and I want to personally acknowledge
Terry for her many contributions to the ACC. She was a great neighbor and will be
missed. We are now looking for 3 new members to be elected to the ACC.

• Entrance Sign Project – Organized a volunteer effort with several homeowners to

refurbish the entrance signs. Special appreciation for the dedicated hours of work by:
Mark Mercurio, Fran McWilliams, Parks Blackwelder and Steve Sticklin.

• Pot hole reporting – The ACC submitted the following for repair to Div. 5 NCDOT:
1. Corner of Trifle & Chouder Lane 2. Corner of Chouder & Knoll Ridge
3. Corner of Knoll Ridge & Tipsy Lane 4. Corner of Welsh Tavern & Chouder
