    Active participant in coaching community youth in basketball.

    Individual Goals
    My Short-Term HIM Career Goals

    My first goal is to acquire my Associates Degree in HIM and pass my RHIT


    exam.
    Seek employment, possibly in a Home Health Agency where I will fine tune my
    skills.
    Finally, I will further my education in the field for advancement beyond an
    Associates Degree.
    Long-Term HIM Career Goals

    Work hard and hopefully advance my way into a higher ranking position in the
    facility I work for.
    Try to achieve the highest level of education for further advancement in my
    particular field.
    Establish myself in a role that will take me into my retirement years comfortably
