Q. Why this major?

Ans: Officer, growing up in a family of entrepreneurs who have been in the business for over 16 years, I
have been exposed to the ins and outs of running a successful business from a young age. Therefore,
pursuing a major in business will provide me with an in-depth understanding of finance, international
marketing, business law, and communication skills, which will equip me with the necessary tools to
tackle the various challenges that businesses face in today's global markets. On top of that, my father is
my primary source of inspiration, and his vision of expanding his textile business in international markets
has motivated me to pursue this degree. I am confident that obtaining a degree in business will serve as
a gateway to achieving my future goals.

Q. Why this university?

Ans: I choose this university mainly because it offers updated courses curriculum in the field of business
where I will be learning advanced subjects like computational thinking and digital marketing which
mainly focuses on statistics and also provides the information about involvement of modern technology
in business fields. On top of that, this university regularly organizes seminars, study trips and industrial
visits for business students which will help me to gain real world experience regarding business and I am
also able to secure almost 80% of scholarship along with additional yershin business scholarships which
makes my further education really affordable.

What changes?

Curly, Bald ((Officer, firstly I have changed my university where I will be learning few more additional
subjects like computational thinking and digital marketing which was not available in my previous
university. Additionally, I am also able to secure more scholarship funding this time and even interview
with professors John Michl to be consider for the highly competitive yershin business scholarship and
luckily, I got awarded.))

What’s after bachelor?

After graduation I will use all the knowledge, skills and experience that I have gained through out my stay
in US to expand my father’s business to the entire nation as well as international marketplace as textile
products have really good market here in Nepal as well as in foreign countries like European country so I
will be involving to export our quality rugs in different international markets. I intend to apply different
marketing strategies, leadership skills and modern technology skill to increase sales and customers.

My both parents are going to be my sponsor.

My father run textile rug business including manufacturing of Tibetan design and traditional design rug
and supply in big cities of Nepal from where he earn around 27k US dollars annually after deducting all
the taxes and salary to the employees and my mother looks after the wholesale shops of sherpa culture
dress with 2 other employee in bauddha called Diki store form where she earn around 13k US dollar
every year along with that we have also savings of 43k US dollar which is specially for my education
besides this we also rented our hometown house and land to jiri agricultural farm which generates 4500
US dollar every year.

Why USA?

After researching business program in different countries, I have found that skill like international
relationship management, Leadership and modern technology skill are develop at advanced level in US
which help me to boost up my both academic and career goals. Beside that US is the worldwide business
hub with diversity which will help me to gain theoretical and practical knowledge of learning to
understand different business perspectives.

Gap ?

Well, officer our college board exam was 8 months delayed because of Covid and after exam I got involve
in my family business for certain time to gain basic knowledge about business at the same time, I was
also proactive on exploring my major and researching university but unfortunately, I got rejected on Dec
20 and this is my second time giving interviews.

In what business specialization you are looking for?

Ans: I will specialize in family business and entrepreneurship.

Why family business?

Officer, as I am the only one child from my family I have to take care of my family business after them
and it has been running smoothly since 16 year to till now and my father have huge expectations from
me that I will expand this business in international level.
