To Whom It May Concern:
I have had the very pleasant opportunity to work with Amanda during her
duties as a substitute teacher at Royal View Elementary School. Amanda is my #1
preferred substitute when I have an absence. When filling in for me during
absences, she has proven herself to be a hard working, dedicated, and talented
teacher.
Amandas ability to connect with the students and her talent at teaching
simple concepts, as well as more complicated ones, are both truly superior. She has
excellent communication skills, is extremely organized, and reliable. Amanda
always grades papers that are left, and when she runs out of papers to grade, she
goes to other teachers to see if she can help them. She does not hesitate to ask for
guidance if she has any questions, and she readily shares any and all new ideas she
has brought with her. She accomplishes these tasks with great initiative and with a
very positive attitude.
Overall, Amanda is a very conscientious and gifted teacher. I certainly
believe that she has what it takes to make a wonderful teacher. Therefore, I highly
recommend Amanda to you without reservation for a teaching position in your
