Minutes as Proxy

In class on February 10th, 2015 we named Sydney as proxy if Brandon was not available.
If Sydney was not available then Angie would be next. We also discussed Professor Shelleys
Recognition Event at the end of the semester. We further discussed the minutes from our last
class discussion on February 3rd, 2015.
We discussed the events that fundraising and sponsorship had brought up and also we
spoke of the dues for each class member that was due by February 24th, 2015. We touched upon
the PowerPoint for the HUEF foundation and how it needs to be informative, include the mission
statement and not too many slides. We discussed some of the places where we could present the
presentation such as the Residence Halls, the Fashion Show as well as local businesss in the
surrounding Muncie area. We spoke of how the whole group may create a power point slide and
combine it to be one. Brandon brought up the idea of producing a standard email for HUEF as
well as this account being set up with a pay pal link.
We also touched on the international group presentations. During this Angie and
Brandon decided to work together and Sydney, Bronson and I decided we would work together,
later on we accepted Deric into our group as he was away at his car the day we signed up for the
group presentations and he was by himself. We also brainstormed ideas as to how and where we
could raise money for the organization that we still were unsure of what direction and where we
needed to go to raise funds and bring awareness to this organization. We ended this session by
agreeing to meet early the next by fifteen minutes in order to see our brainstorming ideas and the
slides we may use for the power point.
