Reflection on my MCT feedback

My first lesson with my MCT observation was about adding a

multiples of 10 to a 3-digit numbers. At this lesson we spent most
of the time on the carpet. Most of the students had the chance to
show other students the method of adding. It was obvious that they
know the answers correctly. But, my focus was on how do we add
using the hundred board. However, after I finished my lesson I
received a releasing feel that I achieved my learning objective. The
lesson was so simple and I felt fair enough about it. The good
suggestion that my teacher told me about is that I should change
the mood of the classroom. By creating fun activity to make the
students more involved with me in the learning environment. But,
what prevented me from doing that is my teacher, she said that I
dont have to do anything else. I only should follow her strategies!.
However, I liked when my teacher reflected on my quick solution
for facing any unexpected problem. Because, some of the students
finished their work early, so, I asked them to set with me on the
carpet to solve other equations. Eventually, this lesson went so well
but I need to be more specific when Im going to choose the
questions for each group level.
