Technology
What is known:
Instructor will be using PowerPoint alongside printed reading
material. Material will be placed in a student accessible location
online for students to refer back to the lesson materials at hand.

What must be learned:


The teacher needs to learn that this is an
assisting tool not to be relied on heavily
to teach her lesson for her.
The students will learn that they too can
use this tactic/ PowerPoint to study prior
material before tests and to keep their
mind fresh on the materials at hand.

Teacher provided reading
material in secondary
language
What must be learned:
How to learn what it says with learned
independent skill and know-how.

Content
What is known:
Your own language, and vocabulary.
(Secondary level/ Adult Education)

What must be learned:


How to use vocabulary, context
clues, and imagery to understand,
speak, and utilize secondary
language.

The Plan/How to:


Show a slideshow with the lesson
plan vocabulary. Speak, or have
students tell you what the image
is of. Then point out the
corresponding vocabulary.
Follow up with slides at the end of
just images, speak the image and
ask what the missing vocabulary
word is from the students
memory.
