- Khi nim
Nhn thc i tng giao tip l qu trnh chng ta tm hiu cc c im ca i tng giao tip v xy
dng nn hnh nh v i tng giao tip trong u c chng ta. Hnh nh ny gm nhng hnh nh bn
ngoi v hnh nh bn trong ca i tng giao tip.

a. Ly lan cm xc
Ly lan cm xc l s nh hng qua li ca cm xc, tm trng t ngi ny sang ngi khc. Hay ni

Trong giao tip, ngng cm gic di v trn qua tc nhn kch thch no lm cho con ngi thy

1. CHO KHCH
