    Sonnet
    Just like the waves make towards the pebbled shore
    Time goes by without us with no notice
    With time, everything goes changing, and more
    No way to explain, even with focus
    Changes are bound to occur, now or never
    It is time to get down and not give up
    I guess that is what makes human beings really clever
    If something is changed, don't be a schlup
    Thou shall become older and wiser, the view various
    As Shakespeare said, time will "transfix the youth"
    Time is fleeting, it is precarious
    Eventually you attain a wisdom tooth
    Everything here right now won't pass tests of time
    But in the end, it was really sublime
