Week 12 is here and so are the holidays! To help us

get in the Halloween mood, the students wrote
their own Halloween themed StoryBird books.
They also created Halloween themed Toontactics
with the iPads. You can see both spooky tales on
their blogs. In the middle of the week, the students
got to write their hello letters to their new Pen
Pals in Kenya and Uganda. The students added
pictures to the letters that represented our
American culture. To finish the week, we had a
Halloween lunch where we got to play a Halloween
themed Kahoot! and bingo game along with some
spooky snacks while watching some spooky videos!
