CCSS: Numbers and Operations in Base Ten

1.NBT.3 Students will compare two two-digit
numbers based on meanings of the tens and ones
digits, recording the results of comparisons with
the symbols >, =, and < .

First, we will read a non-fiction (informational text).

Next, we will identify the text features.
Last, we will discuss how the text features help us as
readers.
