Reflection 2

During two weeks, I went to school early. The teachers didnt start
the class, so I went to class, and I didnt saw anybody. I sat alone in
the class then the teacher came to class, and she welcomed me.
After that, we went to assembly morning. I liked their assembly
morning because it had exciting things like morning exercises and
music. I think the students were motivated when they went to
assembly morning. After finishing the assembly, we returned to
class. The students were very noisy, so the teacher said for them sit
in circle time. Some of them sat, and others didnt. During the
lesson, some of them played with something near of them and made
noise in the class. The teacher punished them. For example, she
said for two children who make noise in class go back the class and
stand up. Thus, I think it is not a good way to punish in this way. It
is better to use other ways like telling them you will rewarded if you
sit quietly. As well, she said for the students not go to play in areas
because they were noisy. I think when the teacher said that thing
for students they didnt become quiet. Then she gave for them to
write the letter B, so they didnt focus because she prevented them
to go to play areas. I felt confuse because the teacher punished the
students. As a consequence, she used the negative reinforcement. I
learnt something during two weeks. I learnt that I shouldnt punish
the students in this way. Furthermore, the teacher should use the
reward system to control the class.
