Loneliness

Although we live in the 21st century and it seems like millions of


people are around, we can suddenly feel sad with a sharp pain of loneliness.
But it is important to understand the difference between so close words as
loneliness and being alone, the feeling of being lonely does not
necessarily mean that a person is truly alone so this two status are
different but usually people make misconception about it.

To be alone means to have no friends or someone at the moment, but


loneliness in the fact it can happen to you anytime, no matter where you
are You can feel lonely even if you are in the middle of one million crowd of
people, while loneliness is one of the toughest feelings people can feel and
suffer from it, Society and social media both play a big role in our everyday
life. From Facebook to Twitter,,,etc the convenience of interacting in the
digital age has led to an lack of physical communication and contact.
Through all these social advances it seems that one group in particular has
been left to feel the effects

The other harmful side of the problem of loneliness is that it is easy to get
into it, but very hard to get rid of it, and The problem is that loneliness can
become a cause of such terrible actions, as suicide, falling into depression or
even trying to hurt close people or strangers, It is difficult to lose loneliness
in case if it has became into deep depression. It is possible to use medicine,
but it is not usually effective, Everyones feeling of loneliness is different,
which means the way they can cope with loneliness is different as well. The
first way to overcome the feeling of loneliness is to understand why you feel
separated from everyone else.

Unfortunately everyone experiences a sense of loneliness at some time


during their life, Whether it is at school, work, or in the middle of a big city,
During high school many teenagers start to feel abandoned for many
different reasons Teens can feel lonely because they dont have anyone to
talk to or confide in, they feel alone and lost, the only way to get back into
their normal lives is to move on and interact with people.
