How are the PJPK lesson allocated within a week?

8 periods per week.

: What are the activities carried out during PJPK lessons?

PJ according to the syllabus Doing warming up before conducting the

activities and cooling down after conducting the activities.

PK in the class according to syllabus.

: Do you encourage the students to join sports competitions? Do you
encourage them to be athletes?

Yes, a good student should excel both in academic and co-curriculum

activities to provide them with better future.

: Which the students enjoy more? PJ or PK?
PJ because it is conducted outdoor and it is more enjoyable.

: In your opinion, do you think that through PE lessons, the students
motor and manipulative skills can be improved?

Yes, because PE lessons involve lots of movements and thus encourage the
students motor and manipulative skills.
