    Welcome back to the 2016-2017 school year.

    I am the 8th grade history


    teacher, Mrs. Clay. (No relation to Henry) This is my first year as a
    Beaumont Beego yellow! I love working with teensI have 4 of my
    own and Im excited about this upcoming year.

    This year we will build on prior history knowledge with fun games, group
    activities, and lots of opportunities for interactive learning. I dont just
    want students to learn a bunch of facts, but instead to experience the
    times and ideas of the past and learn ways apply them to the world
    around them today.
