Prep
1 Wash the chicken and rice
2 Place the chicken and onion into a stock pot and bring it to
boil
3 Skim the pot and reduce to a simmer
4 Remove the chicken and put it to a side for later
5 Add your rice and let it cook for 15 min and make sure to stir.
6 Slice your chicken and chop green onion and cilantro
7 When your soup is done, season it and serve it in a bowl and
garnish it.
