On Monday 21/March/2016 was our 9th week in the Ajman Academy
School. And this was before the spring break. On this we prepared with our MST to teach a math lesson. It was about how to get ten. First of all, the day started with Ms.Kathrien. She gave them a short story to read it on their books. After they finished, she asked them toast on the carpet to make with them a review about last week lesson. After half an hour, the class changed and other students came from other sections. In this class Ms.Kathrien gave them a lesson about how ro write your own story. So, by showing them different pictures they have to write about it and what they felt. After that, they had their break for twenty minutes. Then, I and Haya started teach them. It was our second experience in teaching. I started with them by showing them a small video related to how to get ten. Therefore, I did with them an activity which was choose two numbers from the board and steak it on the flowers to get ten. They enjoyed with me and asked for more exercises like that. Then, my friend Haya continued with them the rest of the lesson. In this time of teaching, I loved how they were quiet and enjoyed with us differently as the first time. I learned from this experience. I should motivate them to get their attention and love the environment of learning. I felt Ms,Kathrien was happy more of what we did, because we tried to avoid the mistakes we did from first experience.
