Telenor Open Mind

• For over 10 years, Telenor has run a widely recognized


program for disabled workers in Norway.
• There is a close and unique cooperation between the
Unemployment Office and Telenor Open Mind. This gives
the participants an opportunity for close follow-up from
both involved parties, and ensures that the participant
has an adapted working environment
• The program consists of:
– Courses in the more common office tools: Microsoft Office package.
– A communication course to make the participant more confident
and goal-oriented
– 21 months of actual work training as a common employee

• The participants receive work experience and a unique
chance to show their valuable qualifications and efforts
• The Norwegian society benefits when the disabled earn
their own salary and don’t need social security
