• The sum of all the angles is 1800

A triangle whose all sides are equal i.e


AB=BC=CA is called Equilateral Triangle
Isosceles Triangles

• A triangle whose two sides are equal i.e AB=AC,


is called Isosceles Triangle.
Scalene Triangle

called Scalene Triangle.
Construction
• Draw a Triangle whose sides are
3cm,4cm,and 5cm.

Steps of Construction
• Step1:- Draw a line BC of 5cm.
• Step2:-Now draw an arc of 3cm from point
B.
• Step3:- Again draw an arc of 4cm from
point C.
• Step4:- Both arcs intersect each other at
point A .
• Step5:- Now join A to B & A to C .
This is our required triangle ABC.
