Describe in brief various methods of developing a tube well. What do you understand by recuperation test? Derive the equation used in the test. Explain the terms (i) Flow irrigation (ii) Lift irrigation; (iii) Inundation irrigation (iv) Perennial irrigation Explain how soil properties affect the irrigation requirements Define -index and w-index and bring out the difference between them.
