GIF: Gayahin In Funny Mode College Spoof-Making Contest

Guidelines: 1. Participants are all the qualified officers of their respective College Student Councils, publication and organizations, whether elected or appointed. 2. The participants should fill out the registration form attached to the mechanics and submit it on or before May 31, 2013, from 9:00am until 5:00pm at the USC office (SJH-103). 3. Late submission of registration forms will correspond to a two (2)point deduction to the total score. 4. The entry is a video presentation of a spoof from a famous music video. It is a test of creativity for the participating teams to come up with a presentation that will introduce their college as well as entertain the audience. The music choices are the following: ChaCha Gwiyomi Harlem Shake Gangnam Style Gentleman Fresh Like Dougie GuapDance 5. Designation of music will be done through draw lots. 6. The video entries will be played during the Kick-off Celebration on June 14, 2013, from 7:00-7:35pm. 7. The three (3) highest scoring entries will be adjudged first place, second place, and third place respectively.

For VIDEO Presentation (60%)


a. The video entry should contain informative details about the college (introduction of dean, college organizations and publication) and the CSC (include the location of the office) b. The running time of the video should only last to minimum of three minutes and maximum of five minutes. Every three second exceeding time will correspond to one-point deduction to the total score. c. The video entry must be in a DVD format. d. The officer-in-charge must submit two copies of the entry. e. The entries must be submitted on or before June 10, 2013, from 8am until 12nn at the USC office (SJH 103). Late submission of entries will correspond to a five-point deduction of the total score. f. The criteria for judging are the following: Information about the College Information about the Officers (CSC, Orgs and Pubs) Creativity Total 30% 40% 30% 100%
