Duties & Responsibilities Handled

I managed to get the departmental sales enhanced through giving personal visits / contacts
by my self & subordinate staff and explaining quality and standard of Co. Products to
General Public & getting the image better in eyes of users / clients.

I managed the work of giving proper response to telephonic enquiries regarding availability
of products, prices, models and sizes of complete range of our organizational
products/items.

I also get managed constant follow-up of old/new orders & recoveries from Govt. Deptts.
and Institutions plus Pvt. Organizations with the help of maintenance of
computerized/Database and generation of different Statements/Reports on Daily, weekly and
monthly basis (MIS Work).

Through staff members, customer Dealing in Office & looking after the tender business of
Products of Co. like, Electric Motors, Bicycles, Agricultural Pumps, Machine
Tools, Rolled Products, Transmission Line Towers, & Electric Power Looms
etc.

I also managed the work of supervision of preparation of all sales documents namely
invoices/bills delivery orders Cash Memos and Cash receipts through subordinate staff.

I also made arrangements of dispatching of detailed introductory letters with Broachers for
plucking business from potential industrial buyers/users of different
firms/institutions for company products.

Worked almost for One year form February, 2009 with Saudi Arabian Co. basically a
Power Plant namely National Operations & Maintenance Co. (Nomac), Head Office
