Dancing Medal

You can tell when we are coming towards the end of a half
term, the pace and the frenetic activities increase in and
around school. Everyone is clearly having a lot of fun and
over the past few weeks I have been spending time in
classes enjoying the learning that is taking place. May
the fun continue
Red day
Red has replaced green as our uniform colour and this is
all down to the Year 6. As part of their topic, Bloodheart,
the children are raising money to support the British Heart
Foundation. They have created so many stalls and events
to raise money for such a super charity. We should all be
very proud of their entrepreneurial skills and their desire to
raise as much as they can.

yesterday to reinforce our messages. Next week is safety

week in school.
Head Lice
Not the greatest item I have ever written about but at the
moment it is essential. We are being made aware of more
and more reported cases of head lice across the school.
Could we please all have a check this weekend and treat
where necessary. The key to them not returning is that
everyone in the house needs to be checked as well as
bedding etc needs to be washed thoroughly.More info
can be found here

Treatment.aspx
On to better news.

Year 3 Residential
As the residential draws ever closer, could all those
children that are going make sure that they bring in their
emergency contact forms next week so that they can be
processed.
E-safety workshop
We take e-safety seriously in school and it is our aim to
ensure all our children know how to keep themselves safe
online. The whole school were treated to workshops
