What a long week it has been. My attention this week has
been mainly focussed on the children of Year 6. As you
are aware, this week has been SATs week, I would just like
to say how immense the children have been. Their effort
and attitude has be outstanding. Whilst I don't agree with
how the children are tested, while the tests exist we will
make sure our children are prepared to show the extent of
their knowledge and skills. No more talk now, they have
all been collected and we put them and the results to the
back of our minds until early July.

Class Assembly
Thankyou to everyone that attended Class 3Cs assembly
this morning. The hall was packed with children and
families. It was super!!

Transition
It was great to be able to welcome Tawny Owls into the
assembly this morning. It is all part of our transition work,
helping to make that movement from one school to
another as smooth as possible. So many of them with
siblings in the Juniors, cant wait to see them again soon.

Dinner Money
Dinner money has increased to 2:05 per day, meaning
that a weeks dinner money is now 10:25.

Possible Summer!!!!
I hope this warm spell isnt Summer. Could I please
remind you to send children in with hats to shade them
from the sun. (please label them)Water bottles can be
purchased from the school ofce now priced at 1.
