Data Management Officer-01 Position

(Islamabad Based)
Qualifications & Experience:
Masters in social sciences, MBA, other related discipline or Bachelors with at least two year experience in
data management required. Previous experience working with an INGO is a must. Experience of working with
Global Fund grant will be a plus. Experience in public health programs and specifically TB control programs is
desired. Fluency in written and spoken English, and excellent writing skills. Must be proficient in MS Office
especially advanced Excel, Word and Power point.
Responsibilities/Duties:

Data Management Officer will be responsible for management of data of the PPM project. S/he will
work in close coordination with sub-recipients and Principal Recipient (PR) unit to provide technical
support and to ensure smoothly functioning and timely updating the PPM MIS. S/he with Project Officer
in providing project related data, analysis on the prescribed formats and will develop basic
tools/templates for quality data management and its analysis. S/he will support the Project Officer in
validation of data verified by the M&E Officers. The incumbents shall support the PR unit especially data
management unit for day-to-day grant management.
