Hello Parents,
I emailed a copy of our new Expected Student Outcomes to you this
week and would love to have your input and comments on this document. It is our intention to reflect what we all desire in a graduate from
MVCA. This target helps us evaluate what is important for us to focus
on during the year and how we are doing. Your feedback is crucial to
make this effort successful so please reply by next Thursday, Sept. 29th.
You are always welcome to join us for worship on Monday mornings
at 8:15 at chapel. We plan to encourage student leadership in the music
and signing portions. Having our upper school sign class and music students involved helps develop the lifelong servant leaders we strive for in
our mission. We also love to have you involved with our Tuesday morning parent prayer time from 8:15 to 8:45. Praying for our students, staff
and school is the most important gift you can give!
Thanks for all you do to invest in a quality Christian education for our
students. I'm so pleased to see the staff connecting well with our students
and modeling the compassion we are focusing on this month. As we
partner together, let's communicate well and make this the best year possible!
Blessings,
Christian Bumgarner

Cross Country - Coach Raina Stene reports
5 of our 8 kids in cross country ran this past Saturday at Silver Fox golf course at the Polson High School XC meet.
Isaac Stene ran his best 3 mile time ever 18:52. Mason Sloan
and Lane Smyth ran there first 3 mile race ever and beat
there projected times by a lot. Mason ran a 20:51 and Lane
ran a 30:28.
Levi Smyth and Katlyn Smith ran the 2 mile race and also beat there projected times by
a lot. Levi ran a 16:41 and Katlyn a17:22.
I must say I have ran in hundreds of races in my life. However watching these 5 run this
past Saturday was one of the funniest races you have been to.
So proud of them!
