As Days Upcoming Dates

Hello Parents,
I want to thank all the parents who helped make and serve the delicious May 1-5 Upper School CPT 4 testing
breakfasts for our testing mornings for the past two weeks on Tuesdays
and Wednesdays. We found it was great for preparing students for the May 4 PTA Meeting 3:30 pm
tests and also for an enjoyable gathering of fellowship to begin our days. I May 5 Ag Day for 3rd & 4th grade
know of quite a few students (and a some staff!) who would like that each May 15 Board Meeting
week. Please remember, there is NO breakfast tomorrow.

David Casselli will provide music to kick up our heels as we celebrate the
accreditation news. We had hoped to have the party outdoors but the BBQ 11:00 am Lower School and
weather doesn't look too promising so we will just have it inside. We will 11:30 Upper School
honor those who have sacrificed for the school in the past, recognize
those who are leading the school today and cast vision for the future of
MVCA. See you Saturday!

You are all invited to our annual awards assembly next Friday (May 19th)
at 8:15 to celebrate our servant leader students. Part of our mission is de-
veloping lifelong servant leaders and so by modeling and encouraging

servant leadership, we hope to instill this characteristic in our student Sloppy Joes & Ice
community. Celebrating students who demonstrate this aspect of our mis-
sion is another way for us to measure whether we are reaching our stu- Cream Sandwiches
dent expected outcomes.

Please join us as we celebrate our Seniors at graduation the evening of the

17th. These students will share slideshows and speeches reflecting their
gratitude to God and others for helping them achieve this great accom-
plishment. We would love to have you there to help celebrate this big
day!
