INDIVIDUALITY
WE LOOK AT KIDS AS INDIVIDUAL PERSONALITY, WHICH WILL BE MONITORED BY THE COACHES IN THEIR INDIVIDUAL
CHARACTERISTIC DEVELOPMENT AND MUST BE REINFORCED. IT IS IMPORTANT THAT THE COACHES TREAT ALL THE PLAYERS
EQUALLY, EVERY MEMBER OF THE TEAM IS IMPORTANT, BUILD GOOD RELATIONSHIP AND UNDERSTANDING THE PROBLEM THAT
THEY ARE FACING. ONLY THEN THE PLAYER FEEL APPRECIATED, ACCEPTED AND FREE.

INDEPENDENCE AND SELF SUFFICIENT
THE INDEPENDENCE OF EACH PLAYER IS ONE OF THE PRIMARY GOALS OF OUR EDUCATIONAL WORK. WE ALLOW SELF
REGULATION THE PLAYER IN LEARNING PROCESSES, PROMOTE THEIR PARTICIPATION AND CREATING THE NECESSARY
FRAMEWORK.

SOCIAL AND EMOTIONAL COMPETENCE


WE WANT TO ENCOURAGE THE PLAYER TO DEVELOP GOOD SOCIAL AND EMOTIONAL SKILLS. IN ORDER TO GET ALONG IN THE
COMMUNITY AND THEREFORE ALSO IN THE TEAM, CHILDREN NEED TO UNDERSTAND THEIR OWN EMOTIONS, FEELINGS FOR
FELLOW HUMAN BEING AND TEAM MATES.

PROBLEM-SOLVING
WHEN DISCOVERING THE WORLD CHILDREN DEVELOP A WIDE RANGE OF DIFFERENT QUESTIONS. IN ORDER TO STIMULATE
THEIR THINKING HOW TO SOLVE PROBLEMS, IT IS NOT ENOUGH, THESE QUESTIONS TO THE BEST OF KNOWLEDGE ANSWERED.
RATHER, THE CHILD SHOULD BE SUPPORTED BY THE COACH ABOUT REPLYING, EVEN AFTER APPROPRIATE SEARCH FOR
ANSWER.

LEARNING
THOSE WHO LIKE TO LEARN, LEARN BETTER AND MORE SUSTAINABLE. THE TASK OF THE COACH IS TO PROMOTE THE DESIRE TO
ACQUIRE KNOWLEDGE AND THE MOTIVATION TO LEARN BY THE CHILDREN. THE COACH ACCOMPANY THE CHILDREN TO FIND
THEIR OWN PERSONAL LEARNING PATH. THE FACT THAT THE CHILDREN RECEIVE FEEDBACK SIGNALS AS THEY LEARN AND
WHAT THEY HAVE LEARNED, THEY CAN BUILD A SAFE, POSITIVE ATTITUDE TO ALL FUTURE LEARNING TASKS.

ENCOURAGEMENT
ANOTHER TASK OF THE COACH IS TO HELP THE CHILDREN IN BOTH THE EXPLORATION OF THEIR ENVIRONMENT AS WELL AS THE
TASKS COMING TOWARD THEM. THEY SHOULD ENCOURAGE THE PLAYER CONTINUOUSLY TO CONFRONT, TO SOLVE OR TRYING
TO SOLVE THEM INDEPENDENTLY AND TO TAKE THE RISK OF VICTORY AND DEFEATS. THIS WILL ONLY WORK IF THEY CAN RELY
ON A COMPLETE SUPPORT OF THEIR COACH AND IN CASE OF FAILURE NO DISADVANTAGES ARISE FROM THEM. ("HOPE OF
SUCCESS" NOT "FEAR OF FAILURE)

VALUES ORIENTATION
IN TODAY'S TIME MANY TASKS AND SITUATIONS CAN BE FULFILLED ONLY ON THE BASIS OF A VALUE-ORIENTED AND VIRTUOUS
HUMAN BELIEF. ON THIS BASIS THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE YOUNG PLAYERS CHARACTER IS THE MAIN FOCUS IN THE
EDUCATION. THE COACHES HAVE THE TASK TO LEAD BY EXAMPLE AND BE A ROLE MODEL TO THE PLAYERS. VALUE PLAYS AN
IMPORTANT ROLE IN FOOTBALL AND IN TODAY'S TIME. THIS WOULD BE FOR EXAMPLE,

DISCIPLINE, TOLERANCE, SELF ESTEEM, RESPECT, HONESTY, WILL, COURAGE, RELIABILITY

PLAYER IS STILL RELATIVELY UNSTABLE, THE CHILDREN NEED TO HAVE RECOGNITION AND PRAISE FROM THE YOUTH COACH.
THEY MUST LEARN TO RECOGNISE AND ACCEPT GOOD PERFORMANCE FROM THE OPPONENT WITHOUT ENVY.

SENSE OF RESPONSIBILITY
IT IS ALSO OF GREAT IMPORTANCE FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE PLAYER THAT THE COACH TEACHES HIS PLAYERS THE
PROPER WAY OF HANDLING ERRORS, IT MEANS THAT THE COACH MUST HAVE FEELING AND UNDERSTANDING WHEN A PLAYER
MAKES A MISTAKE AND CONVEY THE FEELING THAT IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO AVOID, BUT COMES TO DEAL WITH IT, TO STANDUP
FOR HIS ERROR AND TAKE RESPONSIBILITY.
