Sir/Madam:

We are writing to inform you that we no longer want to avail your services. The internet connection is so
poor that it is not anymore worth of our money. We have been paying religiously yet we do not get what
we pay for. This past 10 months have been worse. The line disconnects after using the net for 5 minutes.
It goes back after 15 minutes then it repeats again. In other words, the signal loses like every 5 minutes
you use then it takes back at least 15 minutes to regain it. There was an intermittent disruption. We have
raised this issue several times but our complaints, although were heard but looks like no resolution was
ever made. Now, we feel more distressed because for more than 2 weeks now, the net would be gone for
2 to 3 days then would come back and can be used for several hours but again would be gone for days
then would again comeback. And because of this, we are requesting your office to terminate the internet
connection. We can no longer afford your very poor service and we dont want to continue hoping that this
problem will ever be resolved. Please terminate the contract effective today. We expect that our one-time
request will be processed immediately.
