MR. RAYMUNDO COCJIN

College Director
Air Link International Aviation College
Domestic Road, Pasay City

Dear Sir:

We, the graduating students of class 2012, had been informed that a
Graduation Ball & Seminar will be undertaken by the school on February
10-12, 2012, to be held in Holiday Inn, Clark, Pampanga. The expenses
for the event will be borne by the graduating students i.e. hotel, food,
accommodation, etc.

In this regard, we pose no objection on the holding of a graduation

ball since this could be the landmark that our dreams had been fulfilled
and had become successful in our chosen field of endeavor.

On the contrary, giving into consideration the economic instability and

the high cost of living that we are in right now, hosting of such memorable
event is not vital and essential. Provided however, that the school is
obliged to hold the event, students cannot do otherwise but will be
constrained to attend.

May we request therefore, that we, for humanitarian consideration,

are appealing to the school to refrain from holding the event outside Metro
Manila and find a much cheaper place or venue wherein students can
afford to pay the demand or cost required by the school.

May this appeal from the student body of graduating class of 2012 be
taken into consideration by the school.

Thank you very much.

We remain,
