PANDUAN TUGASAN BERKUMPULAN
GUIDELINES FOR GROUP ASSIGNMENT

1. Tugasan ini akan dilaksanakan secara berkumpulan.

This assignment will be done in group.

2. 8 - 10 orang pelajar dalam setiap kumpulan.

There will be 8 - 10 students in each group.

3. Pelajar dihendaki menghasilkan satu (1) replika bangunan atau sebarang reka bentuk yang dapat
melambangkan teknologi atau kebudayaan Jepun.
Students are required to produce a replica of one (1) mini replica of any Japan buildings or any
designs which symbolize Japan technology or culture.

4. Setiap kumpulan perlu menghasilkan tiga perkara dalam tugasan mereka.

i Proposal (Cadangan replika yang dipilih)
ii Mini replika bangunan/ reka bentuk
iii Poster tentang maklumat mini replika yang dipilih
Each group should produce three things for this assignment.
i Proposal (Proposal on selected replica)
ii Mini replica of selected building/ design
iii Poster that includes the information of selected mini replica

5. Tugasan tersebut hendaklah mengandungi kriteria-kriteria berikut:

The following criteria must be fulfilled:

i) Proposal, Poster & Pembentangan

Proposal, Poster & Presentation

Pembentangan dalam bahasa Melayu/bahasa Inggeris/bahasa yang dipelajari.

The presentation should be in Malay/English/ Foreign language that you have learnt.

Tempoh pembentangan sekitar 10-15 minit sahaja.

The presentation should be around 10-15 minutes only.

Pastikan muka hadapan proposal mengandungi perkara di bawah:

The front page of the proposal should have the following elements:

o Nama universiti & logo terbaru (Universitys name & latest logo)
o Tajuk tugasan (Topic of assignment)
o Nama pensyarah (Lecturers name)
o Seksyen/kelas (Class/section)
o Tarikh hantar (Date of submission)

Sediakan satu proposal lengkap dengan mengandungi perkara-perkara berikut:

o Nama bangunan/ reka bentuk yang dipilih (Name of the selected building/design)
o Alasan mengapa bangunan/ reka bentuk tersebut dipilih
(Reasons for the buildings/ designs selection)
o Ciri-ciri penting yang ada pada bangunan/ reka bentuk yang dipilih
(Important features of the selected building/ design)
o Gambar berwarna bangunan/ reka bentuk
(Photographic image of the selected building/design)

Proposal mesti mengikut format berikut:

Proposal should comply with the following format:

o Muka hadapan (front page)

o Gambar berwarna (coloured photo)
o Senarai isi kandungan (table of content)
o Pengenalan, Penghargaan (Introduction, Acknowledgement and Objective)
o Maklumat yang berkaitan dengan bangunan/ rekabentuk yang dipilih
(Details of selected building/ design)
o Rumusan (Conclusion)
o Lampiran (Attachment pictures and so on)
o Deraf poster saiz A4 (Poster draft-saiz A4)
o Rujukan (References)

Pada halaman kedua proposal, pelajar hendaklah menyertakan gambar berwarna berserta
nama penuh.
On the second page, all committee members should provide a coloured photo with their names
listed.

Teks proposal harus menggunakan Times New Roman (saiz 12) @ Arial (saiz 11) dan langkau
1 baris.
The proposal should be typed in Times New Roman (font size 12) or Arial (font size 11) and 1
spacing.

Proposal perlu dihantar pada minggu yang ke-9.

Proposal must be submitted on week 9.

Poster hendaklah berukuran A2. Dihantar pada hari pembentangan.

The poster must be in A2 size. Submit on the day of presentation.

ii) Replika
Replica

Bangunan atau rekabentuk yang dipilih hendaklah mempunyai perkaitan dan kepentingan dari
segi budaya / teknologi / sejarah Jepun.

Selected building or design must reflect the cultural characteristics / technology / historical
significance of Japan.

Saiz tapak replika bangunan atau reka bentuk yang dipilih adalah tidak melebihi daripada 20 sm
x 20 sm.
(Walau bagaimanapun, ukuran ini boleh diubah mengikut kesesuaian bentuk dan ciri bangunan
yang dipilih.)
The site size of the replica must not be more than 20 cm x 20 cm.
(However, this measurement may vary according to the shape and feature of the selected
building).

Pada replika/ poster yang dihasilkan perlu mengandungi perkara-perkara berikut:

The replica/poster/scrapbook must have the following details:

o Senarai nama ahli kumpulan (Nama, no. matrik)
(List of group members with matric number)
o Nama pensyarah
(Lecturers name)
o Maklumat dan latar belakang bangunan yang dipilih. (Poster sahaja)
(Information of the selected building) - Poster only

Semua tugasan hendaklah dihantar pada minggu ke-11 dan satu markah akan ditolak mengikut
bilangan hari lewat.
All assignments should be submitted on week 11 and one mark will be deducted for each
subsequent day after the deadline.

* Panduan Am (General Guidelines):

a. Kulit muka hadapan hendaklah berwarna BIRU MUDA dan menggunakan kertas keras. Kertas
kerja juga perlu dibinding sebelum dihantar.
