Schedule for Covering a Crazy Cyclone

9:00 am Registration and collect name tags

9:20 am Introduction to day including topic, purpose, run through the
schedule and introduce Livio Regano
9:30 am Livio Regano to explain his role in the day, Channel 7s
sponsorship and how and why Cyclones impact Mackay.
9:40 am Explain the Covering a Crazy Cyclone activity, remind students
of the prize, go over the rules and begin working time.
9:45 am Begin the 1 hour of working time.
10:30 am Members of host schools P&F to start preparing the barbecue
lunch.
10:45 am Students to break for lunch while the teachers put together their
teams video. Livio Regano to start viewing videos as soon as
they come in and marking them using the tick and flick criteria.
Students use this time to have lunch, pack up any props they
brought and collect their certificates.
12:00 pm Livio Regano to announce winners of each division and
congratulate them. Everybody will watch the videos of the two
winning teams. Host school to thank Livio and visitors.
12:30 pm Everyone leaves.
