ACTIVITY PROPOSAL

I. TITLE: Virtual Teacher’s Day Celebration via Zoom

II. PROPONENT: Suklayin Elementary School Teachers

III. Date and Time : October 8, 2021

8:00 am- 12:00pm

IV. Venue: Elementary School Multi Purpose Hall

V. Background/Rationale:

Elementary School aims to celebrate Teachers Day in line with RA No.

10743 as “Act Declaring the 5th Day of October of every year as the National
Teachers Day “ as this year’s theme “Gurong Pilipino: Katuwang sa Hamon,
Kasama sa Pagbangon”.

As we are facing this new normal of teaching, teachers are very flexible
in terms of the changes and strategies in doing their jobs as teachers. Due
to their hardworking nature, we know even in this time of pandemic,
teachers always have ways to help children grow and learn.

Teacher’s Day tells us that our teachers are important in our life. It
makes us realize that teachers have played important role in showing us the
true way of living. This year’s theme: “Gurong Pilipino: Katuwang sa Hamon,
Kasama sa Pagbangon”, it recognizes teachers for their tireless efforts even
during times like pandemic and lockdowns. This special day is dedicated to
them every year so that we all can thank them for all that they have done.
Every profession is important in its own way, but teachers are more
important no matter where we are.
VI. Objectives:
The activity aims to meet the following objectives:
1. To motivate and inspire teachers to be committed in the service
thru a meaningful Teacher’s Day 2021 Celebration.
2. To give recognition to teachers of Suklayin Elementary School for
their timeless effort: and
3. To give reward to teachers and value the services rendered.

X. MONITORING AND EVALUATION:

One hundred percent attendance from Suklayin Elementary School

teachers are required and all activities will be documented through pictures
and narrative report. The program coordinator will provide narrative report
on the outcomes of the activities.

XI. POST ACTIVITY REPORT

Preparation of narrative and financial reports will be done after the

activity.
