 Rolan Bha Marine Production Crab Picking Plant

It was on 27th day of April when we visited the Crab Picking Plant of Mr. Rolan. We
arrived at 7:30 am and we saw the hardworking
employees as they arrive.

We stayed in the office where we are very

comfortable while waiting for Mr. Rolan and our other
classmates. Since we are not yet starting we took the
opportunity and started taking pictures of their
products. They have many products that are being
exported wherein the main ingredient of these are crab
meat. We were amazed on how they came up with
these products. We never thought that it can be made
into such fine business like this.

As we roam around we observed the employees as they

started to work. They wore personal protective equipment and
prepared the room to be used. The room is well-ventilated and
properly lit. There is enough space for the workers to move
around. There were tons and tons of crabs. Each table is
composed of 5-6 persons. They handed out crabs to each table.
They were very organize. And we can notice that they really are
well-oriented about the process of their work. Each one of
them has an assigned part of the crab to pick. Nothing goes to
waste even the narrowest part of it are being picked.
 It is really amazing to see how fast they move with
their hands. They are well trained and skilled for
this kind of job.

They
have
many
facilities, and a lot of employees it is really
practical to install cctvs so that they are properly
monitored. Through the use of cctv they can check
whether they are doing their job or not, it can also
be used to know if there are some incidents that
happened. Aside from cctv they also have
extinguisher just in case theres a fire,

Weve seen that they really are prepared and

secured.
 A few hours later our classmate who
happens to be the daughter of Mr. Rolan started to
have s short talk and introduction. She cited a
short glimpse of history about the company. She
then finally introduced Mr. Rolan Aninipot the
owner of the Crab Picking Plant.

Mr. Rolan gave us the history of the

company. He was really generous in imparting the
story on how this company develop. He also shared
to us their sacrifices and hard works, their gains
and losses. He truly inspired us with his talk on his
way to success. As he talk, we really noticed that he really is a very down to earth man. He
never used his wealth to step on others rather, he used it to help and offered jobs to people
who are in need. He truly is a humble man. As he continuous, he gave us tips and lessons that
must be put in mind especially if you are planning to have a business.
 The talk ended shortly, and he
started to show us around. Here are
