Red-card penalties apply to contractor and sub-contractors employees. Companies name will be identified on the first
column, together with employees ID. No. Employees who already engaged in Yellow-card penalties, but still repeat
negative behavior against safety and/or security regulations will be invited to the site office for instructions, then sign off on
the last column of this Red-card documentation. Such employees will not be accepted on site until they demonstrate
significant improvement in comprehension and enforcement of regulations. Please inform RH VIETNAM before re-using
each of them. The contractors officer will be responsible of filling information in this table.
