Description of the artifact and how it meets the standard and criteria:

This artifact is a copy of our 4th grade math PLC log for chapter 10. This log was put
together by my team and used in our PLC meetings to analyze our students work and
progress in their learning. It shows how I have worked with others to analyze the
progress that our students have made. We also share this document with our school
improvement leader and our administrators so that they can see the work we are doing
and how we are keeping track of this data, along with what we are going to do with the
data in our future teaching.

Reflection on the artifact:

For me, this process that is done in our PLC time is very beneficial. When I get the
opportunity to talk to my team about what we are going to teach, and how I think we
really get good conversation about our students and their learning. We are continuing
the PLC process for math this year, and are also beginning the process for reading. I
think it is going to be very different, but I look forward to the progress we will make.
