I am Samuel A. Lawin Jr, a Senior Citizens Organization, Secretary of Brgy. 649 68 Bagong Lupa
Baseco, a residence G.O of OSCA base in Baseco Satellite Office and a District V, coordinator of
Bukluran Coordinating Council Bukluran ng Nakakatandang Manilenyo. Bukluran is a Joint
ventures between DOLE & OSCA thru the initiative Project of Manila Mayor Joseph Erap
Estrada, which was introduce last September to establish Livelihood Program to uplift the lives
of any Senior Citizenn in Manila particular in Brgy 649-68, Baseco.

Madam, my intention is to send you a query is asking you a good office a favor regarding the
mesirable feeling of any Senior who wont had received Social Pension last payout, which was
some of them are indigent PWD and most probably no pensioner from any related govt
agencies as stated of RA 9994 or expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010 sign by former President
then Congresswoman Gloria Macapagal Arroyo. Maam, I am asking your kind consideration to
feel free and considerable enough to this query. I hope you wont get me wrong.

Madam, I will send you again a message attached their names, agesand of what category they
belong as stated to RA 1065 of themselves as a Senior Citizens in order them to allowed as per
recommendation your good office has. Hoping that your good office may acted upon to
