STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM

This study aimed to describe and analyze the employees’ motivations as well as

the job performance towards the productivity in Lipa Medix Medical Center.

Specifically, it sought answers to the following questions.

1. What is the profile of the respondents in terms of:

1.4 Civil Status

1.5 Salary

2. What are the factors affecting employee’s performance in terms of:

3. Is there a significant relationship between the profiles of the respondents in the

factors affecting employee’s motivation?


4. What is the significance relationship between employee’s performances and factors
