CONTRACT OF AGREEMENT
SERVICES. Services shall include the customary utensil requirements and set-up, uniformed wait staff, buffet
tables, skirting and buffet centerpiece, guest tables with tablecloth, table centerpieces, stainless tray for the
lechon one round soft drinks, free cube ice which is only intended for the free purified water and one 4.5M x
3M Collapsible BUFFET TENT.

SERVICE HOURS. Lunch service hours will only be until 3:00PM and Dinner service hours will only be
until 10:00PM. After which, a P100 fee per staff will be charged for every succeeding hour. This will be
payable at the end of the event.

BREAKAGE OR LOSSES. The customer shall be responsible for the safety and security of all the guests and
their personal property. Any breakage and loses due to accidents incurred by the guest by the parties shall
be billed separately after the event.

VENUE. Cocina Calza Catering will only be serving on ground level within 30 meters from drop off point.
There will be a service charge of ₱500 for every 50/60 persons for events held on second floor or higher. The
customer shall be solely responsible for securing all the necessary permits, gate passes, authorization and
clearances necessary for the caterer to effectively set-up it’s equipment and paraphernalia at the venue.

FOOD. If the client wishes to bring in food not prepared by Cocina Calza Catering Services is automatically
relieved from all liabilities due to food poisoning and spoilage. Food exposed in room temperature for
more than 4 hours might get spoiled. Any delay on the stated serving time or bring home left-over food, the
caterer shall be relieved from all liabilities if food poisoning or any problem should arise.

ACCIDENTS. In the occurrence of unforeseen circumstances beyond the caterer’s control caused by accident,
fire, earthquake, typhoon, strikes, vehicular accident or extra ordinary vehicular traffic and other event that
may affect the normal catering operations the latter is not held liable for the consequences it may have caused
the event.

VENUE LAYOUT. The client should not revise the approved layout during the actual day of set-up that will
cause delay. The caterer is otherwise authorized to revise the layout if needed due to the venue’s restriction
such as power source, water source and the like that would affect the layout.

FOOD EQUIPMENTS. After our services, we will be bringing back all our equipments except chairs and the
tents. Therefore we do not allow leaving any item with the client even if the client wishes to return it the next
day for our proper inventory.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS


* A 50% partial payment is required upon confirmation and 50% upon completion of the event, payable in
cash or check
* A cancellation fee of 25% will be charged if cancelled 1-2 days before the event
* For check payments please make payable to COCINA CALZA CATERING SERVICES.
* This contract is taken into effect upon down payment. None payment before the event / occasion reserves the
right for Cocina Calza Catering Services the Caterer to cancel all services.
