All the pupils were able to listen and identify the sounds make by animals. The pupils participated actively
in the activities given. All the pupils were able to complete the task within the stipulated time. Pupils
enjoyed the story told by teacher.

Language used was suitable. It was based on the pupils’ level of understanding. The activities were chosen
wisely to ensure the involvement of all children.

What challenges did you face in conducting this session?

It was a challenge to keep pupils’ attention in long hours. Their concentration time frame is short. The
children were shy to speak in front of class.

How can you improve the activities in this work plan

Activity 6 was a bit difficult for the children as they were asked to draw. Instead of asking pupils to draw, it
can be improved by giving them pictures and paste at the right column.

4. What other resources did you use ?

Video clips downloaded from Internet.

Were the resources used appropriate, explain why?

The video clips were appropriate and suitable. They were able to attract pupils attention.

What other resources /materials can be used to enhance the activities

The Interactive Software by DYNA Book. (Year One English)

5. Meal served: What was served ?

Chicken burger and packet drink

Was it according to the planned menu? Did the children enjoy the meal etc.

Yes, it was according to the meal and pupils enjoyed it.
