TRAINER SELF-EVALUATION

As a CBT trainer, it is good to undergo a self-evaluation questionnaire that


you shall answer after the conduct of the training. This shall serve as a checklist of
what you must do. This will server to make you conscious of what to improve to
become a better CBT trainer.

Rate yourself on the following:

4. Assist the trainees when they needed assistance?
