AFFIDAVIT OF UNDERTAKING

accordance with law, depose and say:

1. That I am an applicant for promotion to the next higher rank at BFP

Region 3;

2. That I am aware that the promotion process in BFP Region 3 is in

accordance with the policy stated in the CSC MC 24, s 2017, Omnibus Rules on
Appointments and Other Human Resource Actions (ORA-ORHA) and BFP Merit
Selection Plan.

2. That I understand the possibility of my appointment being reverted to

my former rank in case the promotional appointment of the previous rank holder
I occupied was disapproved or invalidated.

3. That I hereby bind myself to the rules and policy as set forth by the Civil
Service Commission (CSC) and the Human Resource Merit Promotion and
Selection Board (HRMPSB), BFP Region 3.

3. Na batid ko na kung sakaling hindi mapagtibay ang appointment ng taong pinagkuhanan
ng aking Item Number sa kung ano mang legal o teknilal na dahilan, ang aking
promotion ay hindi rin mapag-titibay at ako ay babalik sa aking dating ranggo bilang
epekto nito;
4. Na nababatid ko na ito ay parte ng “risk” na aking tinanggap ng ako ay nagpahayag ng
aking kagustuhang mag apply para sa promotion;
5. Na ako ay nangangako na tutugon sa lahat ng yugto ng proseso at ipinapa ilalim ko ang
