    Proposal for backfilling

    1- The back filling in on concrete base therefore we don’t need compaction test
    2- All the poles is in the land owner area and they don’t accept (compacted his area they want to
    grow )
    3- We have (406 ) pole it is very difficult to make (MDD) for each pole because it is in different
    area
    4- Compaction test and (MDD) we can do for (ROAD LAYERS ) but the road in this project was
    canceled

    Our proposal to make (well compacted for this pole)
