FINDINGS :

1. Leakage on CS spool piece from of T-8031 Discharge Line to P-8031AB .

2. 3 small pinhole that are already starting to leak.

RECOMMENDATIONS :
1. Renew this CS spool piece with Galvanised material (as shown in the attached drawing).

2. If the 8" * 4" Concentric Reducer is not available in galvanized material , than a CS can be used. But the
preparation to weld the reducer to the galv. Pipe most be cleaned good.

3. If a CS reducer will be used, the internal of the reducer must be painted with the paint that will be used for
the internal of the tank

4. All weld joints must be cleaned (wirebrushed) and coated with a Zinc Rich Primer (92% Zn)
