JOINT AFFIDAVIT
That we, EDILBERTO DELA CRUZ and EVANGELINE
GENOVES DELA CRUZ, spouses, Filipinos, and residents of Barangay
Gabu-an, Roxas City, after having been duly sworn according to law,
depose and say:

1. That we are the parents of SHIENA MAE G. DELA CRUZ,

who had just graduated from high school and intends to pursue
a college course;

2. That we do not own any real property, neither do we engage in

any endeavor or business that derives income;

3. That in fact, we have never filed any income tax return for the
reason that our income is very meager to support our five (5)
children as we are just laborers;

4. That we do not derive any income aside from our odd jobs and
other errands we do in our neighborhood;

5. That we are executing this Affidavit to attest to the truthfulness

of all the foregoing and in furtherance of our daughter's
intention to pursue college studies through any scholarship
grant and for any other legal purpose.
