    Organisational Structure

    The company does not have a human resources department because it is a small family
    business. The designated activities or tasks of the human resources area are carried out by
    the General Secretariat.

    In the process of hiring personnel influences a lot in the labor references and the experience
    that has the possible employee. There is no process of pre-selection or training to perform
    the functions.
    Proposal:
    According to the analysis carried out, this company should change its organization to carry
    out better management in the area of human resources, production, sales and thus carry out
    activities in a more organized manner.

    The type of organizational structure should be matrix structure

    This type of structure is ideal for a better organization in the area of production, sales,
    finance and human resources.
