1. The 14 divisions are divided into two (2) groups during the breakout sessions, RD’s
group and ARD’s group:

Each team is assisted by the members of the ProgCom to act as facilitators, documenters
and process observers.(Please refer to the Matrix). Division Team members are also encouraged
to document the process.

2. Division Presentation shall be done by the respective SDS/ASDS in 5-10 minutes.


3. Observations/discussions shall be facilitated after the presentation in 30
minutes/division.
4. Synthesize with the aid of template in 10 minutes/division.
 Break is provided for the Division Team to prepare the materials for SDS/ASDS
presentation.
5. Division agreements and Recommendations for Policy Making shall be done after the last
presenter and in the Plenary Session to be presented by the respective SDS/ASDS.
6. Final analysis and agreements shall be facilitated by the RD.
