The session started at 1:00pm with an opening prayer led by Sir Conrado Sumangil.

The Education Program Specialists of different subjects from the Division of Zamboanga Sibugay
will be monitoring Titay District Schools specially Titay National High School this coming February 8,
2018. Thus, each departmental subject conducted a sequential LAC session to prepare all the necessary
documents as indicated in the DIMES of 2018.

Agendum 1: Daily Lesson Log (DLL)/Daily Lesson Plan (Semi-detailed)

Classroom teachers must compile their DLL or DLP since the beginning of the school
year of 2017 – 2018 indicating the summary on the number of DLL/DLP to be made per
subject.
The checking of DLL/DLP is scheduled every Monday intended for the whole week of
classes.
Agendum 2: Localized Indigenized Materials

Classroom teachers are encouraged to use indigenous instructional materials (e.g.


cookery – colander made from coconut husk, measuring cups and spoons made from
bamboo, etc. for an alternative of teaching.
Provide a mean of verification (MOV) or hardcopy of localized indigenized materials in a
classroom setting.

Agendum 3: Best Practices per subject area

Simplified Instructional Material/s (SIM) must be given to those Students At Risk of


Dropping Out (SARDO’s) to cover up the lesson
Apply multimedia approach in the delivery of instruction
Students’ engaged themselves to conduct interview to community leaders and
volunteers for better understanding on the subject matter

Agendum 4: Assessment Tool

Test Item Bank for different TLE field of specialization from grade 7 – 10 (1 st to 3rd
quarter)
Formative and summative Test, pre-test and post-test should be gathered, too.

Agendum 5: Inventory of Least Learned Competency and Intervention

Peer teaching must be applied.


Submit the said inventory of least learned competency and its possible intervention to
address the later problem

Agendum 6: LRMDS Online Portal

Teachers must access the online portal to download learning resources

Agendum 7: Focus Group Discussion (FGC)/LAC Session

Aside from the making of minutes, documenter should also make a FGC report since this
will also be one of the MOVs’ in rating the IPCRF.
