I can't stress enough that we require following remaining isolations to complete remaining tie ins. But the
Power Plant has not provided us these isolations yet. This has already moved up our schedule. Kindly
expedite this process.

Here is the Updates for Last week Tie-in Request:

*Tie-in for new Crude Separator Feed&Return header/line to By-Pass Tank 12. ( C O M P L E T E
D ).
Valves Nos; #120, #121, #175, #176, #343, & #344 should be remains close. SEC can open Valves
Nos; #168, #169, #170, #164, #165 & #148 and SEC can run the Separator Skid “E” as well.

FOR FOLLOW-UP Work Permit for the Following:


*Tie-in for new Crude Separator Feed&Return header/line to By-Pass Tank 14.
Valve No. 229 & 228 for close temporarily. Valve No. 210 & 209 for close temporarily. Valve No. 219 &
218 for close temporarily. Valve No. 164 & 167 for close temporarily. Install new Valves (#354 / #353)
and has to be close and install spectacle blind.

*Tie-in for COTP Feed&Return Piping from Crude Feed Header before valve# 229/228.

*Tie-in for new Diesel Separator Feed&Return From Tank 14.


Fuel Oil Separator Skid “F” isolation valves to be close temporarily. Install new Valves (#339 / #338) and
has to be close and install spectacle blind.Temporarily Close valves at tank No.17 : Valve No’s –
276/279/275/272Temporarily Close valves at tank No.16 : Valve No’s – 265/262/261/258
