SWORN STATEMENT

I, ALVIN SIAO, Filipino, of legal age, single, and a resident of Brgy. Tinago,
Tomas Oppus, So. Leyte, after being sworn to in accordance with law, do
hereby depose and state:

1. That at around 3:00 PM of April 18, 2019, I was with my partner JOAN
TERUEL at the seashore of Brgy. Tinago when Kap Marie approached
her and said that she know that Joan will vote for Junjie Tambis, and
further said that if I will indeed vote for the said candidate she will
evict us from where we are staying now because she is in possession of
the title of the lot where we are currently staying;

2. That she harassed Joan further by saying that as the Brgy. Chairman of
Tinago she has the power not to issue the required clearances and
permits regarding our small Sari-sari Store business;

3. That she said further that “ Kung bright mo mas bright pko ninju”;
